Project Manager, Residential – ConsultancyLondon£60,000 – £65,000 plus bonusWe are partnering with a growing, boutique project management & cost consultancy specialises in residential projects. Their work encompasses all residential tenures, including Later Living, PBSA, BTR, Student Accommodation, and more. Though this firm is relatively new, they have already built a robust client base and collaborate with prominent developers.Due to a strong influx of work from both new and existing clients, our client is seeking to add a skilled Project Manager to their team.Responsibilities:

• Project Management from Riba 0 – 7
• Contract Administration
• Procurement Management
• Programme Management
• Foster collaborative relationships with stakeholders, aligning project objectives and expectations.
• Drive project delivery while maintaining superior quality standards, overseeing project teams for efficient coordination and performance.
• Lead and manage project teams to ensure effective execution and delivery of projects.

Qualifications:

• Proven success in managing complex residential development projects with comprehensive lifecycle management within the construction domain.
• Demonstrated experience steering projects from inception to practical completion, showcasing expertise in project lifecycle management.
• Strong understanding of including Later Living, PBSA, BTR, Student Accommodation project requirements and regulations, particularly within the London landscape.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills, adept at cultivating collaborative relationships.
• Preferred qualifications in project management or construction-related disciplines.
• Minimum 5 years of experience within a consultancy setting.
