Support the Programme Manager in the design of the Consenting Monitoring portal, providing expert advice.
Lead the portal development process, liaising with key stakeholders and service providers.
Manage relevant finance processes to support the function.
Manage the process for procurement of third-party consultancy services.
Manage external consultants.
Represent the organisation at meetings and events (including presentations and speaking engagements).
Requirements:
A degree (Level 7 on NFQ) or equivalent qualification in Engineering, Science, Business, or Economics.
Minimum of 4 years experience in a related sector or similar role (including post-graduate studies).
Strong communication skills, including report writing, presenting, public speaking, and the ability to communicate complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
Ideally have experience of working in the public sector.
Proven attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Ideally have a qualification in project management.
Strong IT skills.
Ideally have knowledge of the energy sector.
