Join Stryker as a Project Manager – Medical APAC

Are you an experienced project manager with a passion for driving strategic initiatives? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment? Stryker is looking for a Project Manager – Medical APAC to lead critical projects with strong stakeholder management skills and experience managing end-to-end projects.

This is a 12 month fixed term opportunity with the opportunity to be permanent for the right person.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead the Australian 3PL Warehouse Migration Project and manage the IT systems projects, ensuring a seamless transition of warehousing operations including implementations, integrations and process optimisations.

  • Drive cross-functional projects across supply chain, logistics, and business operations, ensuring alignment with company priorities.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (supply chain, IT, finance, regulatory affairs) and external partners to execute projects efficiently.

  • Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and minimising disruptions.

  • Optimise processes within supply chain, warehouse, and logistics functions to enhance efficiency and service levels.

  • Ensure timely project delivery, staying within budget and scope while maintaining high-quality outcomes.

Who You Are:

Required Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Proven experience leading complex projects, particularly in supply chain, logistics, or IT systems.

  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities and utilise different frameworks or methodologies.

  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, working across all levels.

Preferred Experience

  • Medical device industry experience or working in a regulated environment.

  • Advanced knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and enterprise system migration.

  • Experience implementing process automation or workflow digitisation projects.
