Our client is a well-established high-end joinery subcontractor specializing in the design, manufacture, and installation of bespoke joinery for both residential and commercial projects. They have built a strong reputation for delivering exceptional craftsmanship and have successfully completed projects for leading main contractors, developers, and private clients. With a strong pipeline of secured work, they are looking to grow their team by adding a skilled Project Manager to oversee key projects in London.ABOUT THE ROLEOur client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to take full ownership of high-end joinery projects across the London region. Reporting directly to the Construction Director, the Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of projects from pre-construction to completion, while maintaining quality, budget, and programme requirements.REQUIREMENTS5+ years of Project Management experience within the joinery sector.
Strong background in high-end residential or commercial joinery.
Experience working for a specialist joinery subcontractor.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and teams effectively.
Strong client-facing and communication skills.
Knowledge of bespoke joinery manufacturing processes and installation.Oversee the manufacture and installation of bespoke joinery packages.
Manage projects ranging from £1m to £6m in value.
Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication and delivery.
Lead project teams, including site managers, subcontractors, and direct labour.
Ensure all health & safety regulations are strictly adhered to on-site.
Develop and maintain project programmes, budgets, and risk management strategies.
Provide regular progress reports to senior management and clients.REWARDS AND BENEFITS£65,000 – £75,000 + Package (DOE)
