The Opportunity

We are seeking and experienced Construction Project Manager manage a large quantity of small building maintenance works to medium size hard service, fit out, refurbishments projects in Brisbane Australia.

The successful applicant will have a solid understanding and skills in Sales, Tendering, Estimating, Construction Administration, Procurement, Delivery, Site management, HSEQ, Finance and managing Client & Vendor relationships.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Minimum of 5 years proven Project Management experience in an M&E, FM, construction or critical environment

  • QBCC site supervisor license

  • Proven experience of running a P&L

  • Demonstrable evidence of having managed a team

  • Current Driver’s licence and Car

  • Recognised technical qualification in construction, BMS, HVAC, mechanical or electrical – Engineering background preferred

  • Certificate III or trade qualification preferred
