• Develop and manage project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resources
• Oversee project execution, ensuring flawless and timely implementation
• Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to successfully complete projects
• Share updates on project progress, risks, and issues with important individuals involved.
• Conduct project evaluations and identify areas for improvement

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience in the industry.
• Proven experience managing complex engineering projects from initiation to completion
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
• Strong leadership and communication abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
