Among the services offered are advanced workflows for single-cell and spatial transcriptomics, helping researchers analyze gene expression from the level of individual cells to whole tissue contexts. The platforms offer end-to-end support—from experimental design and sample preparation to data generation and analysis.About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and scientifically experienced project manager to support research projects in the fields of spatial and single-cell transcriptomics. In this role, you will help coordinate cutting-edge experiments using technologies such as sequencing-based spatial gene expression profiling (e.g., 10X Genomics Chromium and Visium HD).
This new role will focus on workflow management, project triage, and technical coordination of cross-platform experiments from initial request through execution. This includes supporting researchers with study design, helping define experimental workflows, managing sample logistics, and ensuring smooth communication between research teams and technology experts. You will be part of a collaborative environment working with advanced platforms and highly skilled technical staff. Key Responsibilities
Coordinate incoming project requests and manage timelines and deliverables.Support experimental planning and study design, bridging spatial imaging and sequencing-based approaches.Help define optimal workflows combining single-cell RNA-seq, Visium HD, and other spatial transcriptomics workflows.
Manage metadata, sample tracking, and internal project documentation across platforms and ensure clear communication and follow-up between teams and technical staff.Provide scientific guidance to users on tissue/sample compatibility, assay selection, and downstream analytics.Assist in reporting, presentations, and cross-core quality trackingContribute to technology implementation and pilot evaluation of new methods
Your Profile
PhD in molecular biology, genomics, biomedical sciences, bioinformatics, or related field.Hands-on experience with single-cell and/or spatial transcriptomics platforms (e.g., 10X Genomics Chromium, Visium HD, Xenium, or related).Strong interest in multi-modal biology, experimental design, and core facility coordination.
Ability to understand both wet-lab protocols and data analysis pipelines.
Excellent organizational, communication, and collaboration skills.A proactive, service-oriented mindset with attention to detail.Experience in collaborative science environments is a strong asset.
