Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager in Fire and Security to lead and oversee multiple projects within their growing portfolio. As part of an established and skilled team, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of fire and security system projects.Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the entire lifecycle of project delivery, including scheduling, financial oversight, health & safety compliance, environmental performance, and progress tracking for assigned projects.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of multiple simultaneous projects, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
  • Ensure all project activities align with company procedures and comply with British Standards.
  • Effectively manage and motivate the project team, clearly defining objectives to meet project deadlines and quality expectations.
  • Take ownership of project profitability and oversee the financial aspects to ensure targets are met.
  • Provide regular project updates to senior management and clients, maintaining clear communication and transparency.
  • Complete all required contract documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, suppliers, and clients, fostering a collaborative working environment.
  • Handle the procurement of equipment, materials, and specialist subcontractors as needed.
  • Ensure all project documentation meets client specifications and is delivered within the agreed timeframes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to lead and make confident decisions.
  • A proactive approach with excellent organisational abilities, capable of managing deadlines and multi-tasking.
  • Self-motivated with a collaborative mindset, adding value to the team.
  • Demonstrable experience in project management within the Fire & Security industry.
  • Familiarity with industry standards and compliance regulations.
  • ECS card holder.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Willingness to travel to client sites, occasionally on short notice.
  • Successful security screening will be required for this role.
  • Full, clean driving licence.
