Project Manager – Financial Services – Dublin (Hybrid)Salary: 55-70k (DOE)Join a leading financial services firm in Dublin as a Project Manager, driving key initiatives in a fast-paced, regulated environment. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage impactful projects that shape financial operations and client services.ResponsibilitiesDeliver projects on time, within scope, and budget, managing multiple large-scale projects.Implement various PM methodologies, depending on what projects require, mitigating risks & optimising project delivery.Collaborate with stakeholders across all levels of the organisation, as well as fostering positive relations with external stakeholders.Maintain high-quality standards for all deliverables, exceeding client expectations.Requirements5+ years of project management experience, ideally in financial services.Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project, JIRA, Trello).PMP or Prince2 certification preferred, but not essential (experience will be considered in lieu of certifications).Experience in regulated environments and knowledge of SDLC processes.SkillsExcellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.Strong understanding of financial systems and IT infrastructure.Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams in dynamic environments.What We OfferCompetitive salary with performance-based bonuses.Flexible hybrid working and strong benefits package.Career development opportunities.
