Project Manager (Construction)Dublin, Leinster (Hybrid)€90-100k + Bonus + Healthcre + PackageOur client is a leading construction company who undertake large new build commercial & residential projects to the value of €300m.Currently require a Project Manager with 7+ years’ construction management experience.Duties:

• Working with an experienced development team on projects from , construction, maintenance completion and handover;
• Working with all parties to ensure delivery of objectives: the safe completion of high-quality sustainable projects on time and at all times respecting the environment and the local community;
• Reporting on adherence to project objectives;
• Attendance at construction progress meetings.

Personal Profile

• 7+ years’ experience in a project management/construction management role;
• Pro-active with strong analytical skills and attention to detail
