You’ll manage everything from materials and permits to subcontractor coordination and job site safety. Your role will be pivotal in driving the quality, timeliness, and safety of every project.Daily Responsibilities:

• Manage layout and progress of projects from start to finish
• Create and submit material lists for quotes and purchasing
• Track submittals, order specialty materials, and handle returns
• Coordinate change orders and invoicing with the CFO
• Lead job meetings, record minutes, and manage permits and inspections
• Oversee job site safety, conduct weekly toolbox talks, and maintain accountability
• Provide backup support for the owner as needed

• Electrical Apprenticeship or Master license
• 10+ years of experience in the electrical trade
• Proven track record in managing commercial and industrial construction projects
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Proficiency in project management software and tools
