Our leadership encourages autonomy, backs your decisions, and celebrates seeing projects come to life.Your New RoleAs Project Manager, you’ll lead commercial and industrial projects to completion. You’ll manage everything from materials and permits to subcontractor coordination and job site safety. Your role will be pivotal in driving the quality, timeliness, and safety of every project.Daily Responsibilities:

  • Manage layout and progress of projects from start to finish
  • Create and submit material lists for quotes and purchasing
  • Track submittals, order specialty materials, and handle returns
  • Coordinate change orders and invoicing with the CFO
  • Lead job meetings, record minutes, and manage permits and inspections
  • Oversee job site safety, conduct weekly toolbox talks, and maintain accountability
  • Provide backup support for the owner as needed

  • Electrical Apprenticeship or Master license
  • 10+ years of experience in the electrical trade
  • Proven track record in managing commercial and industrial construction projects
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools
