WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE ROLEYou’ll need to have experience of working within an Agile framework that includes joint team outcomes, empowerment, commitments, and drives collaborative process.Technical experience will be desirable (ideally as a Business Analyst) to enable support is provided across the lifecycle of this project and future needs of the business. Providing implementation support (testing, training and implementation) will be beneficial as will an appreciation of business change to provide input and support the wider project and change team.The right skills and experience are important.
