Our client, Tier 1 Main contractor, delivering complex construction projects across the UK, Europe and Ireland is looking for an experienced Project Manager responsible for overseeing and coordinating projects in Limerick which involves planning, budgeting, scheduling, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within the budget ensuring quality standard and client satisfaction.Key Responsibilities & Requirements:Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, milestones & deliverables.Help the Contracts Manager and the Quantity Surveyor in developing an accurate scope of work in different areas.Schedule project activities including procurement and allocate resources effectively making sure that delays are addressed immediately.Oversee all the site construction activities ensuring that works are performed safely and effectively following the project plans and specifications.Oversee the budget allocations ensuring cost control & financial accountability.Manage and coordinate project teams, including subcontractors and on-site personnel and facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members.Ensure that performance & developments meet quality standards & complies with building codes & regulations by carrying out regular site inspections.Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies ensuring flawless project execution and development.Prepare accurate documentation, including contracts, permits and progress reports available upon request of the senior management.Collaborate with the Design Manager to close out any design issues during the design process in line with the program.Oversee the production and implementation of project plans, inspection and test plans (ITP’s), BIM management, technical submittals management, design management, site operations and logistics are performing according to the project standards and requirements.Strong emphasis on implementation of environment, health & safety standards & codes at work.Degree in Construction Management or related field.5+ years’ experience in construction management roles within main contractor projects in Ireland or the UK.Proficient in project management software & tools.Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations.Excellent communication, problem- solving and management skills.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Detail- oriented with a strong focus on quality, health & safety.Please apply with your updated CV and we will contact you in return for a confidential discussion.Ideal candidate has eligibility to work in Ireland.
