Avanti Recruitment is currently working with an international communications technology company providing innovative solutions across multiple industries. We’re currently seeking a talented IT Project Manager to join a growing team.Role Overview, you’ll be managing complex international software projects throughout their entire lifecycle, working with interdisciplinary technical teams in a supportive environment.Key Responsibilities

• Managing the entire project lifecycle from cost estimation to operation
• Developing project scope and detailed project plans with technical experts and business departments
• Planning, monitoring and reporting project progress (resources, budget, scope, schedules)
• Managing all project stakeholders including customers, suppliers and developers
• Performing risk management and implementing risk mitigation measures
• Organizing and moderating kick-off sessions, meetings and workshops

Required Skills & Experience

• Experience in project management using hybrid approaches (classic and agile methods)
• Technical background with hands-on experience in web technologies
• Certification in Scrum, IPMA, PMI, or Prince2
• Strong communication, problem-solving and presentation skills
• Practical knowledge of managing budgets

Advantageous Skills

• Familiarity with integrating web applications with SAP
• Experience in Design Thinking
• Degree in a relevant field
