We encourage flexible working arrangements and welcome individuals from all backgrounds to join our team.The RoleOwing to a growing pipeline of clients, we have new opportunities in our Project Management team.Lenvi typically provides its software on a hosted basis, in cloud data centres and engages with its clients in a structured manner to implement solutions quickly and provide excellence in service throughout long relationships.Our Project Managers typically come from a software / technology background or from financial services and are adept at building client relationships and managing internal stakeholders. The Project Managers expedite large scale, enterprise integration projects which typically can last anywhere from 4 – 12 months and will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are delivered in accordance with project governance, budget and timescales.Lenvi utilise both Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies, selecting and tailoring the appropriate methodology for each implementation. When using Agile delivery we form a Scrum team composed of both internal and client resources to deliver the cross organisational components of the project, including for example, delivery and configuration of the existing lending platform, the client’s API integration, other required interfaces with the client and related third parties, and system output in the form of email and document production. This can be in engagements where the client has limited experience of Agile delivery practices and looks to the Lenvi Project Manager to provide consultancy on the project methodology and approach.What you will be doing
- Providing Project Management input during the inception stages of external projects including the delivery of client presentations.
- Understanding each client’s business, organisation and objectives and proposing suitable business solutions.
- Day to day management of client interaction and expectations for multiple or large-scale enterprise projects.
- Executing project governance for standard Scrum ceremonies of implementation projects; Daily Stand-ups, Bi-weekly Sprint Planning / Review / Retrospective.
- Planning the Sprint Delivery roadmap.
- Managing the implementation Scrum team and Sprint Delivery Board.
- Completion of detailed reporting including project plans, project board reports, RAID logs.
- Ensuring the clear communication of client requirements to the Lenvi design, development and testing teams.
- Implementing engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures in accordance with our methodology to ensure profitable and successful execution.
- Ensuring clear change control procedures are in place and adhered to.
- Reviewing high level deliverables across the project lifecycle.
- Facilitating weekly project meetings with a multi-discipline project team.
- Facilitating client meetings to provide progress updates and reviews.
- Coordinating the Lenvi and client teams during system, regression and acceptance testing.
- Onsite support during UAT and Warranty period to ensure end user competence and detailed handover to the Service Desk Team.
What we would like to see from your application
- Previous experience in software project management (essential) with a good understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
- Experience in Financial Services / regulated market (desirable).
- Experience of delivering SaaS solutions and into IaaS environments (essential).
- Previous experience of leading large scale client implementation projects (essential).
- Adept at delivering client presentations and chairing client facing meetings (essential).
- Good understanding of Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies and application (essential).
- Computer literate; excellent knowledge of Microsoft office products, e.g. Word, Excel, Visio and PowerPoint (essential).
- Experience of large integration projects, knowledge of API (Application Programming Interfaces) protocols and application for the transfer of data (desirable).

- Able to articulate and present to people at all levels.
- A fast learner with the ability to acquire knowledge swiftly.
- Able to overcome objections and conflicts, proposing suitable methods of rectification.
