Project Manager (Construction)Our Client is seeking to recruit a Project Manager to join its Operations Team. This company is based in the greater Dublin area and is a market leader in timber frame off-site construction. The successful candidate will have a relevant degree and ideally have experience in construction of domestic units. The successful candidate will get extensive support and opportunities for development. He/ She will have an opportunity to learn from experienced colleagues and become a key part of the ongoing success of a progressive and innovative construction company.Responsibilities of the role:Work closely with the Senior Project Manager to ensure the success of all projectsMeet the clients and manage a part of our off-site processReport on key objective milestones for each projectCommunicate all project variations to relevant partiesManage the project reviews highlighting any risks to senior managementLiaise with project management team to ensure smooth transitions through the various stagesManage and develop customer relationsBuild and oversee the handover packages to members of the Project Management teamEssential Skills/Experience Required:Preferably 3+ years’ relevant experience preferably with experience in construction of Domestic Units.Degree level education within Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Commercial Management or a similar fieldExcellent communication skillsAbility to work alone and with others to meet deadlinesExcellent negotiation skillsHigh level of accuracy and attention to detailExcellent IT skillsExcellent organisational skills.Commercial awareness
