Support the Pre-Construction team throughout the bidding process and ensure smooth handovers post-bid.
Provide leadership and direction to the project team throughout the delivery phase and post-completion, ensuring project milestones are met with precision.**Essential Requirements:**Must have the legal right to work in the United Kingdom.
A valid UK driving licence is essential for this role.
Demonstrated experience in managing stand-alone projects within high-end residential works.
Previous experience working with direct competitors in London is highly desirable.
