  • Administrative Support: Assist with daily administrative tasks, including managing schedules, organizing meetings, and handling correspondence.
  • Project Coordination: Support project managers in the planning, execution, and monitoring of various projects across the organization.
  • Communication: Act as a liaison between different departments, ensuring clear and effective communication in both English and Spanish.
  • Document Management: Maintain and organize project documentation, ensuring everything is up to date and easily accessible.
  • Event Planning: Assist in organizing internal and external events, from small team meetings to larger project-related events.
  • Problem-Solving: Take on ad-hoc tasks and challenges as they arise, providing creative and effective solutions.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in both English and Spanish is essential. Besides, either Dutch and/or French.
  • Education: A relevant academic background (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
  • Personality: A positive personality with a can-do attitude.
  • Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Experience: Previous experience in an administrative or project support role is a plus, but not required.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite and other standard office tools.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment.
