Responsibilities of the Project Co-ordinator
Establish strong partnerships with program managers, Global Product Security management, and subject matter experts (SMEs) to gain a firm understanding of current programmatic documentation needs and opportunities.
Support a cohesive and methodical approach to change management activities.
Implement changes for greater impact and efficiency, leveraging tools and systems where applicable.
Work with team leaders and subject matter experts to design standardized documentation, processes, and Best Practices from initiation to completion.
Report performance metrics to evaluate alignment progress and success leveraging internally built channels and tools.
Develop a deep understanding of Global Product Security’s team-wide processes, systems, and program documentation to support the implementation of standards, procedures, and best practices that ensures a cohesive, consistent, and uniformed service delivery.
Proactively escalate and resolve potential issues by bringing them to the attention of the organization’s leadership, sourcing potential solutions, and proposing them.
Research and evaluate industry standards and benchmarks to support team tools and systems; communicate updates on emerging technologies, solutions, and tools that may impact business operations, team personnel, or vendors
Partner with key cross-organizational teammates to formalize, aggregate, and solidify team-wide initiatives and deliverables.
The primary point of contact for all security risk management-related activities and initiatives.
Directs team members assigned to project tasks and operational activities associated with security risk management.
Become a subject matter expert on the strategic toolset that the corporation has determined for workstreams.
Plans, directs, and coordinates activities of technology projects to ensure that all project goals are accomplished, meeting and/or exceeding the stakeholders’ commitments.
Leads project/service meetings with team members and stakeholders to understand project scope.
Desired Experience of the Project Co-ordinator
A proven track record in delivery and exceptional interpersonal skills are required for this role.
At least a Bachelor’s graduate in Physical Security or Security Risk Management or equivalent work experience with a minimum of 3 years of project management in security.
Minimum 3 years experience in security risk management and/or security project management in the security area (preferable in a global – multicultural environment)
Minimum 3 years experience working in a sensitive compartmented information facility (SCIF).
