A creative Architect/Developer consultancy, based in West London, is seeing an experienced Project Architect / Project Manager to join their teamJob #5750A creative Architect/Developer consultancy, based in West London, is seeing an experienced Project Architect / Project Manager to join their small friendly team – working on mixed-use schemes, from hospitality to residential, to assist and lead on new projects.The right team player must have:
- a minimum of 5 years experience, through all Riba stages
- have strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
- be experienced dealing with the administration of London projects, for building regs, planning permission, to compliance, budgeting and project planning.
- have experience delivering projects on time, in budget.
- Great communication, spoken and written English is required, and good organisational skills are essential
A great attention to detail is required from the early design stages through to construction documents.
