Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in education or equivalent practical experience.
- 1 year of experience as an instructor, in curriculum development, or as a professional educator (such as K12).
- Experience with instructional design principles and processes.
Preferred qualifications:
- Certification in program management.
- Experience in setting and executing vendor strategies, including managing third-party vendors to drive execution against set Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Experience in program management in an IT or tech company.
- Ability to identify and implement complex processes and manage large, complex, strategic and operational initiatives across multiple teams/regions.
- Excellent written/verbal communication, documentation and presentation skills.
- Ability to analyze data and present insights/recommendations in a clear and compelling manner.
About the Job
The Google Sales Mastery team develops and delivers product and skills training to Google sales and services teams, as well as external client and agency partners. We use our knowledge of learning best practices and Google’s business priorities to build effective learning experiences for our key audiences. Our team is made up of passionate learning professionals, sales and marketing leaders, and former consultants and analysts who launch and iterate learning programs while balancing key pillars of knowledge, skill and disciplined practice to help our audiences grow in a world of increasing complexity.
In this role, you will look after our customized learning experiences for Global Business Organization (GBO) managers. You will work closely with cross-functional partners as well as other Mastery teams, including global curriculum to activate, launch and land key programs and deliver a premium experience for GBO managers.
Responsibilities
- Develop activation strategies in partnership with a cross-functional team inside and outside Mastery.
- Act as a point of contact on programs, creating project plans, including timelines, milestones, budget, management, scheduling, staffing, etc.
- Own communication and enrollment strategy, engaging local expertise where required.
- Create program infrastructure that enables consistent, high quality delivery at scale, including global measurement strategy and execution.
- Provide strategic thought-leadership to continue building program efficiency and scale, working cross-functionally with critical global stakeholders.
