We are seeking an experienced Program Manager/Project Leader to join the “Office of the CIO” team. This role combines project leadership and change management skills to support our shift towards a “Product-Centric” organization. You will be at the forefront of driving this transformation, coordinating various pilot projects, and collaborating with stakeholders across the organization.Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the “Product-Centric Evolution” program.
• Oversee and coordinate pilot projects within different application teams.
• Collaborate with transformation coaches, subject matter experts, and product owners.
• Engage with key stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment and support.
• Guide the organization through gradual changes required for the success of the program.

General Skills Required:

• Proficiency in English and French or Dutch with basic understanding of one of the second language.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, including experience presenting to C-level executives.
• Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
• Interest in application development to support platform setup for product teams.

Technical Skills and Experience:

• Knowledge and experience in a “Product-Oriented” organization.
• A strong academic background (preferably at the master’s level) and at least 10 years of relevant experience in ICT or related fields.
• Familiarity with ICT operations and frameworks.
• Proven experience in guiding teams through change initiatives.
