Program & Events ManagerOur client is seeking a dynamic Program Manager to lead program development, strategic partnerships, and outreach activities for an exciting and growing innovation hub. This role is at the heart of fostering innovation, expanding networks, and delivering exceptional member engagement. If you have a proven track record in program management, community building, and creating meaningful impact within the innovation ecosystem.Key Responsibilities

• Lead program development and delivery, ensuring scope, quality, and timelines are met within budget.
• Provide project management support to the team, including leadership of specific program areas.
• Identify member needs and develop services to address them.
• Continuously improve programs based on lessons learned and industry benchmarking.

• Manage and coordinate cluster calendar of activities and events.
• Assist with sourcing and onboarding new members.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with members, partners, and stakeholders.
• Promote the hub’s vision and programs to maximize engagement and impact.

• Expand the hub network regionally, benchmarking against best-in-class global innovation communities.
• Manage relationships with delivery partners and stakeholders, ensuring collaboration aligns with the organisation’s goals.
• Identify and pursue new funding opportunities, including assisting the Head of Enterprise with grant applications.

• Support financial management, including record maintenance, income/expenditure processing, and financial reporting.
• Oversee grant administration and ensure compliance with requirements.
• Ensure efficient use of resources and operational support, including the Conference Suite and Meeting Rooms.

• Assist with the development and execution of the Communications Strategy.
• Update social media platforms and website content to enhance the hub’s visibility.

• Provide dynamic leadership to advance the hub’s vision and impact.
• Drive the pursuit of new opportunities to strengthen the organisation’s position within the innovation ecosystem.

Requirements
Essential Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in program/project management, preferably within an innovation, enterprise, or community hub environment.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain partnerships.
• Financial literacy, including grant administration and budget management.
• Experience in social media management and website content development.

Desirable Skills & Experience

• Experience in securing funding or applying for grants.
• Familiarity with innovation hubs, enterprise development, or community networks.
• Demonstrated leadership skills in driving impactful programs.
