My client, a highly successful Irish paper converter is looking for a Production Planner to manage the planning and scheduling of various products within their designated production module. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in production planning and scheduling. South West Dublin based on-site.Package

Responsibilities of this Production Planner include
- Develop and maintain the master production schedule for assigned production lines.
- Coordinate with supply chain, production, and commercial teams to align the production plan with customer requirements and business goals.
- Resolve issues in production planning and scheduling, including capacity bottlenecks and schedule changes.
- Ensure timely completion of monthly planning cycle deliverables to meet customer demand and minimise expiry risks.
- Support financial goals through efficient planning.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities in the production planning and scheduling process.
Requirements for this Production Planner include
- Qualification in business, stock control, procurement, supply chain management, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in production planning and scheduling, preferably in manufacturing.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills for effective teamwork.
- Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
