As part of the Management Team, the Production Manager will be responsible for the co-ordination and control of production activities on site, providing leadership and support to the production teams and managing individual staff performance.
The main focus will be the delivery of the productivity target, whilst initiating continuous improvement in the following areas; quality, plant functionality, value for money from suppliers and contractors, health, safety and environmental performance and team working.Further Information
