About the Role
Location: Remote – Michigan residents
If you’re interested in working from home, have a background in customer service and are comfortable on a computer, this could be a great opportunity for you!
As a remote Product Quality Assurance Agent at Morley, you’ll be in contact with our dealership partners, documenting information while providing excellent customer service. You’ll help our client maintain strong relationships by helping them resolve issues in a timely manner.
No automotive experience required!
What You’ll Do
- Deliver clear and detailed documentation on part replacements and restrictions
- Provide useful feedback for internal customers in engineering
- Create positive customer experiences for external dealership customers
- Offer timely and accurate solutions through inbound and outbound conversations (including phone calls, chats, emails and other communications as needed) while keeping a positive and upbeat attitude
- Handle calls quickly, efficiently and effectively using provided tools
- Communicate clearly and build rapport with customers

Skills for Success
Required Skills
- Strong computer navigation and typing skills
- Extensive customer service* skills (previous call center work, retail, restaurant, fast food, hotel or any role where you interacted with customers)
- A positive, self-starter attitude with a solid work ethic and strong attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and listening skills
Eligibility Requirements
- Call center experience
- Two or more years of customer service* experience (previous call center work, retail, restaurant, fast food, hotel or any role where you interacted with customers)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Able to work shifts within the center’s hours of operation:
- Monday – Friday
- 9 a.m. – 7 p.m. Eastern time
- Must be able to stick to the schedule reliably, as some queues are time sensitive
- Customer service – e.g., previous call center work, retail, restaurant, fast food, hotel or any role where you interacted with customers
Nice to Have
- Associate degree
Remote Work Requirements
- Michigan resident
- High-speed internet access at home that you are able to connect to via Ethernet or landline
- Secluded and distraction-free work environment
