  • Lead and drive the development of a Firmwide channels product strategy and implementation of a new employee experience standard & governance pertaining to product, design, technology and data/analytics. Hold teams accountable to alignment and delivery by actively engaging leadership and establishing relevant cadences/routines. Work closely with Head of Technology, Head of Design and Head of Data (and their teams) to oversee Firmwide roadmaps. Conducts market research and tracks industry developments with regards to productivity, collaboration, data, AI/ML solutions and understands implications to product vision and strategy
  • Interlock with cross-discipline teams to drive improved coordination and communication of Channels product portfolio roadmaps. Influence and impact team outcomes by providing strategic recommendations to ensure business goals are being measured and met.
  • Drives and manages the Channels products portfolio P&L, feature & functionality, risk and controls posture and reliability
  • Drives and maintains the Channels products portfolio definition, roadmaps, outcome and key results & customer facing SLOs/SLAs and drives Prioritizes the cross-product backlog & maintains a vision for the Channels product portfolio
  • Actively support the preparation of materials for monthly, quarterly and annual reviews with executive stakeholders; develop the narrative of EX standards and quantify with results.
  • Partner with the Product Operations and Governance Lead to regularly analyze Channels product portfolio performance and leverage insights to make data driven roadmap decisions. Monitor on an ongoing basis to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Partner with leadership peers to ensure Channels product portfolio dependencies and risks are effectively understood and accounted for, ensuring we hit our roadmap milestones. Ensure controls and regulatory requirements are met.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 12+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in program management and product organizations
  • Extensive knowledge ‘build, measure, learn’ methodology of developing products of the product development life cycle, technical design, and data analytics.
  • Proven ability to influence the adoption of key product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management.
  • Experience driving change within organizations and managing stakeholders across multiple functions
