At Honda we embrace inclusion in our various policies, so whilst our contracts state that the hours are as required to fulfil the role with a minimum of 35 hours per week, we offer flexibility for when you work. The regular office hours are 08:00 – 16:00 Monday to Thursday with a half hour lunch break & 08:00 – 13:00 on a Friday. However, we offer flexibility of when you work with our daily flex-time start of between 07:00 and 11:00 providing that there is no business requirement.Whilst there is no contractual right to work from home, the flexibility we offer is that you can request to work from home for a maximum of 50% of the working days in any one month, again providing there is no business requirement to attend the office.Role:
Honda Motor Europe (HME) is offering the opportunity for a Product Marketing Specialist to join a dynamic Product Marketing Team within the Motorcycle Division. The role will play a key part in supporting the development, delivery and optimisation of product marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, social media, OOH, print etc). The primary objective of this role is to ensure the effective launch and promotion of new motorcycle products across all European branches, contributing to the delivery of the HME Business Plan.Within the Marketing team, the successful candidate will coordinate activities to produce compelling content for product marketing campaigns and initiatives in line with the business objectives. The position will also support the effective implementation of campaigns across 16 countries in Europe. The role will require close, cross functional collaboration with the wider Marketing team, Product Planning, Research & Development, Sales, PR, Logistics, Accessories, Dealer Development, Training, etc. to ensure smooth delivery of marketing assets. The role is also required to deliver impactful new product launch campaigns that drive brand & product awareness, customer engagement, and sales generation.This position requires liaising with agencies, suppliers, and internal stakeholders, helping to organise and pro-actively coordinate projects for effective delivery within objectives and budget.Travel within Europe will be required from time to time to assist with campaign assets production (video & photo) and selected events.Our desired candidate is motivated and detail-oriented, with a strong understanding of campaign management, the media buying landscape and data analysis. The passion for automotive (ideally motorcycle) and motorsport is essential.Main Responsibilities:
