Connection to our work, our customers, our colleagues and our community that creates a working environment that fosters openness, collaboration and creativity.Job DescriptionProduct Marketing Manager Global for Resources & RecyclingFocus on creating global marketing content and activities for Resources & Recycling suite consisting ofo AMCS Platform ( Core Enterprise Management Solution – Customer & Contract Management, Logistics, Billing & Invoicing, Collections, AMCS Pay, Scale, Grading & Evaluation, AMCS Financials , Inventory, Material Management, Outbound, Trading, Exports etc. )Coverage for all the specific Lines of Businesses across all regions – Commercial, Municipal/Residential, Recycling ( Metal, Fiber, Specialist etc.) Portable Toilets etc.Drive marketing messaging and positioning across all motions ( New Name/Customer Conversions, and leading Complex Product business content plans) and delivering an effective GTM plan, driving execution in market – through direct market/customer engagement and associated activities.Marketing messaging and positioning required across all regions.Deliver full market positioning and messaging for each solution including value proposition, competitive differentiators, ideal client profiles and priority target sectors/verticalsWork closely with sales enablement to “arm” the sales team with appropriate messaging and talk tracks in all areas.Work closely with Sales Enablement to ensure that we provide strong value messaging for demonstration video snippets to be used on website and social media ( e.g. Demo Boost).Support market research approach, methodology and integration of findings into product marketing content, driving go-to-market approach.Conduct competitor analysis, market research, and be aligned with the sales and customer success team to inform the strategic positioning of the AMCS Platform to AMCS sales, customers, partners, and market influencers globally.Craft compelling messages and marketing collateral across both online and offline marketing channels (landing pages, ad campaigns, webinars, seminars, trades shows).Develop compelling customer-facing presentations that articulate the most compelling differentiated customer messaging.Contribute to high level product demonstrations at trade shows and in webinars, delivering presentations in user conferences and 1:1 to customers and prospects.Attend key industry trade events to gain market , client and competitor insights.Work with Product Management to ensure we fully capitalize product launch/new releases and to understand, influence and amplify the business value of the modulesWork with Global Marketing organization to contribute content and messaging in specific areas:• Field Marketing ( campaign material, webinar content,• Communications/Analyst Relations ( input to customer case studies, releases and analyst reports etc.)• Content Marketing ( messaging, AMCS point on view etc.)• AR/PR ( contribute to media content and customer advocacy content case studies, spotlights etc.)• Focus on messaging new brand and Performance Sustainability messaging throughout the promotion of the Resources & Recycling solution suiteRequired QualificationsKnowledge of Enterprise Automation , Logistics, Sustainability and/or Environmental Services desired5+ years of product marketing in a B2B SaaS technology company desiredProven ability to deliver full market positioning and messaging for a solution including value proposition, competitive differentiators, ideal client profiles and priority target sectors/verticalsExcellent influencing and communication skills are essential to successfully engage with clients, executive levels and internal support teams.A “can do” attitude and consistently energetic approach to work. Experience of working with high performing product management individuals and teams.Ability to work on own initiative and often under pressure to demanding timelines occasionally requiring work after normal hoursExceptional writing, editing, and presentation skills.Excellent interpersonal and project management skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.Ability to think strategically and execute tacticallyFlexible remote model, with the expectation of being in the office once per week, though we are flexible and open to negotiating this
