This role will drive brand awareness, enhance market positioning, and ensure alignment with business objectives that drive business growth across the EMEA region.The RoleOur dentsu EMEA MarComms team is looking for a Product Marketing Manager to build and develop our product marketing capability. Working in collaboration with our capability, products, partner, growth, and solutions teams, the Product Marketing Manager will be responsible for working with the practice areas to create the go-to-market solutions. This will include supporting value propositions and product/solutions architecture, in depth analysis to help differentiate dentsu’s offerings in the market, and working with our local market external comms and pre-sales marketing teams to create product marketing collateral so they are market-ready.This is an exciting and highly visible role for a middleweight product marketing professional, used to working across channels, industries, partners, and capabilities in a matrixed organisation, to support the development of dentsu’s products and solutions and activate them in market.Reporting to the Brand Marketing Director, EMEA, the role will support our data, partner, products, technology and solutions practices aligning to our growth strategy set by the wider EMEA Marketing team.Life as a Product Marketing ManagerResponsible for increasing brand awareness and performance for all products and solutions across products, industry verticals, partners, and specialised practices (i.e. B2B).Working closely with the business, deliver product marketing materials that are consistent and align with our brand guidelines to help educate and sell products both internally and externally.Support on trademark requirements working with our legal teams and the wider business.Develop a product marketing plan based on industry vertical and client priorities set by the business, working in close collaboration with the business and growth leads.Govern the activation plans across markets ensuring they are completed on time, to budget, and meet targets.Become the product expert partnering closely with pre-sales marketing and growth teams to identify key client challenges, audiences and target with appropriate content.Align product marketing collateral with wider business priorities.Create appropriate process and governance, working closely with the regional partner marketing teams, growth marketing, client and growth leads to ensure a consistent client experience.Develop the appropriate daily/weekly reporting to show the progressWork with client leads, growth leads, external comms and sales pursuits teams to identify key product/solution launches to market.Ensure consistent messaging and seamless experiences across all touchpoints.Work with the growth, strategy, content and events teams to understand how products can be integrated into wider business narratives and activities.Govern and manage product branding, taxonomy and consistency in collaboration with global stakeholdersManage continuous testing and analysis of product and solution launches, identifying opportunities to optimise ongoing activity and making recommendations to improve effectiveness.A few of the benefitsWhether it’s the joy of working with people at the top of their game or the Merkle social calendar, people love working here – and we hope you will tooCareer development through dentsu University and other tools; with access to courses, textbooks and mentorshipPrivate Medical Insurance, Company Pension, Life Insurance, Critical Illness Cover and other corporate benefitsA selection of other benefits including ultiple Wellbeing Days per year, season ticket loan and volunteer daysOccasional travel – mostly within Europe – as required to support events and regional collaborationWhat we are looking for in you:Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and exemplify leadership and composure under pressure, while maintaining high moraleExtensive experience working within a marketing or product marketing capacity.Strong programme management skills and ability to manage a busy calendar of activity across events, comms and campaigns, coordinating delivery across departments and marketsExperience with platform partners, and digital marketing experience from a vendor/agency/client perspective preferredExperience of internal stakeholder management within a matrix organisationYou will be performance and data focused with a keen eye for creativityCommercial mindset with a history of delivering against stretching performance goals.Proactive and willing to test new approaches and iterate based on results.Experience in working with global and regional teams and aligning calendarsExcellent written and verbal communication skills with a clear understanding of campaign strategyDemonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and be able to work closely with very senior stakeholders with the ability to remain calm and professional under rapidly changing circumstancesStrong communication, presentation and negotiation skillsExcellent commercial acumen and budget management experienceMust be a team player but also able to work with limited day-to-day supervisionDemonstrate curiosity, adaptability, and rapid learning on new competitors, technologies, and products.Location: LondonBrand: Dentsu EmeaTime Type: Full timeContract Type: Permanent
