As a Senior Product Manager – Knees & Revision , you will be at the forefront of shaping Stryker’s knee and revision portfolio. You will drive strategic initiatives, lead cross-functional teams, and develop marketing strategies that enhance customer engagement and business growth.

What you’ll do

Develop and execute key marketing strategies, including strategic plans, annual marketing plans, and product launch plans.

Identify emerging customer needs and market trends to drive product and program improvements.

Gather and analyze competitive intelligence to inform business decisions.

Implement segmentation and targeting strategies to optimize commercial success.

Develop pricing strategies aligned with marketing objectives and brand positioning.

Accurately forecast resource needs and establish key performance metrics.

Lead with financial acumen, ensuring budget adherence and cost-effectiveness.

Drive accountability for high-quality results with passion and energy.

Mentor, develop, and inspire team members to achieve their full potential.

Who you are:
Required experience
-
Bachelor’s degree required.

6+ years of work experience in marketing, sales, or a related field.
Preferred experience
-
3+ years of experience in medical devices, marketing, or sales.

Strong presentation and interpersonal communication skills.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
