Play a formative role in shaping the Aon Go To Market Strategy (GTMS)

What the day will look like
We are looking for a highly analytical individual to build new analytical tools and extract insights from Aon’s proprietary data to inform the Aon Go To Market Strategy. Working closely with the placement and product team you will play a key role in identifying, crafting and prioritizing scalable opportunities that deliver superior outcomes for clients.
Your responsibilities:
Support the development of new analytical tools and dashboards to enable actionable insights that support the GTMS
Collaborate with placement and product to design and refine the GTMS
Identify and prioritise a pipeline of opportunities to expand the GTMS over the short, medium and long term
Articulate a clear cost benefit model to ensure resources are deployed to the right opportunities to enliven the GTMS
Develop algorithms that analyse and monitor the performance of the GTMS to ensure alignment and successful execution
Actively contribute to efforts to improve underlying data quality and acquire new datasets
Provide input into the development of new analytics tools, dashboards and solutions to support the GTMS

Your personal attributes:
Highly analytical and detail-oriented
Ability to sell data-driven insights and stories with a clear and concise narrative
Confident in presenting to colleagues and carriers
Able to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing
Highly proficient in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Tableau, Alteryx, Microsoft Power BI, SQL
Proactive and a self-starter
Candidates with an undergraduate degree and experience working in (re)insurance, financial services or management consulting will be viewed advantageously, but the latter is not a requirement.
