Product Designer (Europe-Remote)

We are currently seeking a talented and passionate Product Designer to join our design team at Oppizi.

Oppizi is a leading offline performance marketing platform that offers innovative solutions for tracking, scaling, and optimizing flyering campaigns. We operate globally in 10 countries, working with major clients like Uber, DoorDash, Getaround, and Deliveroo.

 

Job Description

This is a full-time position 100% remote. As a Product Designer at Oppizi, you will work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and researchers to create intuitive and impactful user experiences. You will be responsible for all stages of the design process, from concept development to final production.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, fixed hours (09:00 – 18:00)

Seniority level: Mid-level

Team structure: 20-30 product/tech team consisting of Product Managers, Product Designers, Product Analyst, Developers, and QAs.

Work experience: 3+ years of experience in product design for tech startups

Employment type: Permanent contractor contract

Expected start date: December / Early January

 

Responsibilities

• Understand the business context, products, data, and users to make better design decisions.
• Work with a startup and entrepreneur mindset focused on deeply understanding the users and building features that help them and bring business results.
• Create user-centered and visually appealing designs for our digital products.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers on product discovery, defining product requirements, and ensuring design feasibility
• Conduct internal and external user research (in English) to understand user needs and gather insights
• Prototype and iterate on designs based on user feedback and testing
• Create and maintain design systems and style guides
• Stay up-to-date with current design trends and industry best practices
• Promote the learning and sharing of best practices and experiences among the teams to enable continual process improvement.
• Improve the company design processes

• 3+ years of experience in product design for tech startups
• Solid portfolio showcasing a range of digital design products
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills (In English)
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
• Experience working in an Agile development environment
• Expert in product discovery and working in product trios with PMs and Tech leads inside squads. This is NOT a UI design position, it is a product design position with a lot of product discovery and business strategy involved.
