Renowned international beauty and cosmetics brand, is seeking a skilled Procurement and Supply Chain Manager to join their young, dynamic and energetic team.In this newly created stand alone role, the ideal candidate will require full 360 experience in stock management, forecasting, contracts and negotiations with suppliers/manufacturers across APAC and EMEA regions. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet business objectives
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify new suppliers and products
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers
• Manage supplier relationships and performance
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures
• Monitor and report on procurement activities and performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement cost-saving initiatives

Key skills and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management in FMCG
• Experience in working within EMEA/APAC regions
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and procurement software
• Knowledge of procurement best practices and regulations
