  • Act as the primary procurement lead for cross-functional projects, ensuring accurate tracking of P&L and cost avoidance savings.
  • Collaborate with finance and category managers to validate and report savings consistently.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between procurement and other Etex functions (manufacturing, supply chain, commercial, or finance).
  • Identify and implement high-priority cross-functional projects with stakeholders, ensuring successful project execution on time and within budget.
  • Adopt Agile project management to implement high-priority projects efficiently and effectively.
  • Develop standard reporting for cost reduction and cost avoidance, maintaining an updated savings tracker.
  • Implement standardized processes for cross-functional projects, including a gated governance and agile project management methodology.
  • Generate new ideas for cross-functional projects based on business trends and procurement best practices.
  • Foster adoption and compliance with Etex standards and optimize tools, workflows, and methodologies for efficient savings tracking.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Higher academic degree, preferably in a business, economics or engineering.
  • Experience within areas of procurement/consulting (several years of experience in a similar position, preferably in large companies).
  • Knowledge of Project Management and / or consulting experience in the Industrial/manufacturing environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate across different level of organization.
  • Stakeholder managemet skills.
  • Analytical mindset.
