- Develop and implement the comprehensive supply chain strategy for Kyte Powertech.
- Establish a resilient supply chain characterized by robustness, agility, and adaptability to accommodate the company’s growth.
- Collaborate closely with Sales and Operations, and extend engagement with Customer Service teams to guarantee the timely fulfillment of Order Cycle Times (OCT).
- Define and monitor key supply chain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure coherence between internal (inbound, materials, production) and outbound products, optimizing the efficiency of the overall supply chain operations.
- Cultivate an in-depth understanding of the supply chain, proactively addressing risks and identifying new opportunities.
- Identify and analyze bottlenecks in delivery processes to facilitate a smooth flow throughout the supply chain.
- Champion solutions for process improvements by fostering strong relationships with other functions, including production, sales, finance, and quality.
- Nurture and develop the supply chain team, instilling best practices and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Have you:
- Possess a minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in supply chain management, preferably within an industrial context.
- Demonstrate a proven track record of at least 5 years in managerial roles, showcasing leadership in supply chain functions and a history of driving performance improvements and adept management of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Exhibit expertise in both planning and manufacturing processes.
- Showcase proficiency in ERP software, with a preference for experience in SAP.
- Display strong analytical thinking skills, demonstrating the ability to operate both strategically and operationally.
- Have the flexibility and willingness to travel globally to meet the demands of the role
