About the Role
Location: Remote – Michigan residents
Would you like to work a Monday-through-Friday schedule from the comfort of your home?
As a remote Process Quality Coordinator in Morley’s reacquired vehicle management (RVM) group, we’ll train you to manage performance and quality. No automotive experience required! We’re looking for someone with a keen eye for detail and precision to help us provide the best experience possible for our clients and their customers.
What You’ll Do
- Manage transaction quality review on cases for the repurchase process and reacquired vehicle management (RVM) groups
- Make sure that required document collections are accurate per state requirements
- Work with team members and Senior Coordinators to verify the reliability and integrity of case information
- Evaluate transactions for quality and deliver feedback
- Review case setup to ensure repurchase packets are correct
- Review repurchase settlement offers to ensure they align with client guidelines
- As assigned, help think critically about the case per state requirements
- Offer timely and accurate solutions through inbound and outbound conversations (including phone calls, chats, emails and other communications as needed) while keeping a positive and upbeat attitude

- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
Eligibility Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (OR, high school diploma or equivalent with three or more years of customer care experience*)
- (*previous work in call center, retail, restaurant, fast food, hotel, banking, mortgages, or any role where you interacted with customers)
- Able to work 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. Eastern time Monday to Friday (no nights or weekends!)
- Must be able to stick to the schedule reliably
Remote Work Requirements
- Michigan resident
- High-speed internet access at home that you are able to connect to via Ethernet or landline
- Secluded and distraction-free work environment
