Process Development Scientist – 6 Month Contract -Global Animal Healthcare Company – Speke – Competitive Hourly rateThe Company

The RoleIn this role you will be responsible for:

  • Designing, planning, and evaluating laboratory studies through hands on experimentation. Using statistical knowledge to design and analyse experimental work, and making technical judgements through data interpretation, knowledge and experience for project direction and delivery.
  • You will drive continuous improvement activities with innovation and shared technical knowledge across the network.

YouTo Apply for this role you will need:

  • A degree or higher degree within biotechnology/biologics, chemistry, or related discipline.
  • 2+ years hands on experience with downstream process development or other relevant experience, such as a PhD, is preferable.
  • Knowledge in downstream purification of cell culture based or fermenter-based products.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and across sites with other team members
  • Ability to operate in a cGMP environment and produce technical documentation to high standards.
