Position Overview:
Raytheon Company is hiring for a Principal Specialist, Global Trade to support the Naval Power – Shipboard Missiles (NP-SBM) Global Trade team. This role is set to support a very exciting and high volume portfolio of the business that focuses on pursuits aligned with the U.S. Navy mission space. Our exciting portfolio includes many products in high demand worldwide, providing lots of opportunity for meaningful support to the company’s mission.
This organization plays a critical role in the successful execution of International Contracts and allows programs to remain compliant with the U.S. Government in all of our global business transactions. This opportunity provides exposure and visibility in the field of Global Trade operations and its strategic impact on global growth and success.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a high-energy, fast-paced environment, developing relationships with internal customers and collaborating with multiple business functions for success.
This position is currently designated as fully remote. However, the successful candidate will be required to work from one of the 50 U.S. States (excluding U.S. Territories). Some travel maybe required to various Raytheon business locations.

Clearance Information: This position requires the eligibility to obtain a security clearance. The Defense Industrial Security Clearance Office (DISCO), an agency of the Department of Defense, handles and adjudicates the security clearance process. The salary range for this role is 77,000 USD – 163,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
Hired applicants may be eligible for benefits, including but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, Employee Scholar Program, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays. Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.
Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
