Job Description
As a NetSuite Sales Consultant, you will be showcasing and positioning the NetSuite’s business management platform, specifically ERP/Financials, to prospective mid-market businesses in the ANZ region. This role requires strong business acumen, expertise in presales consulting, and proven skills in functional consulting and business process improvement to establish yourself as a trusted advisor to potential customers. Your polished presentation skills will be essential in converting opportunities across NetSuite’s diverse platform. You will specialise in the Manufacturing, Wholesale & Distribution, and Retail/eCommerce industry verticals.
You will provide support in the sales process including, but not limited to;
Technical/Functional Qualification: Assist in qualifying sales leads to determine if they are a good fit for NetSuite’s solution capabilities.
Customer Discovery: Engaging in discovery calls to understand the client’s specific needs, challenges, and objectives uncovering solutions that align with the customer’s requirements.
Solution Design: Crafting tailored solutions that address the customer’s pain points and fit within their existing environment.
Presentations and Demonstrations: Preparing and delivering high-impact presentations and product demonstrations that showcase the product’s capabilities and relevance to the customer’s needs.
Proposal Preparation: Developing detailed solution proposals that outline how NetSuite will meet the customer’s needs including appropriate project phasing, deliverables, and timelines.
Competitor Research: Understand the competitive landscape to better position NetSuite in the market and highlight unique value propositions.
Feedback Handling: Managing customer feedback and objections, making necessary adjustments to proposals or solutions to better meet the customer’s budget and needs.

Extend expertise across advanced platform offerings, such as:
Artificial Intelligence (AI)

Workforce Management
Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
Articulate NetSuite’s solution and application benefits to all levels, from line managers, business owners to C-suite executives
Provide input on prospect requests and product enhancements to cross-functional departments
Maintain accurate account and opportunity updates in NetSuite’s corporate CRM system
Develop and deliver high-impact demonstrations of NetSuite solutions, both on-site and via video conferencing
Create and present tailored solution designs that address specific customer needs and showcase NetSuite’s competitive advantages
Collaborate with implementation teams to ensure smooth handoffs and realistic project scoping during the sales process
Stay current with industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies to provide informed recommendations to prospects
Participate in RFP/RFI responses, preparing technical content and coordinating with other teams to deliver comprehensive proposals
