• Lead transformative projects that align with regional and national strategies.
• Negotiate and manage contracts, acquisitions, and legal agreements.
• Collaborate with public and private partners to deliver results that matter.
• Oversee project lifecycles, from conception to completion
• Mentor and develop a talented team, fostering innovation and excellence.

About you

• Experience with housing, regeneration or placemaking capital projects
• Experience of managing commercial contracts and negotiations
• Experience of business case development.
• Proven Contract Management and Project Management skills
