Job Description
AECOM is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to join our Program Management Team in Sydney. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Project Manager, particularly those with a background in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or those Chartered with AIPM, to further their career within the Energy & Power industry.
While prior experience in the energy and power sector is advantageous, we are also keen to hear from professionals with a strong interest in transitioning into this growing industry.
What will a day in this role look like:
Lead and manage complex infrastructure projects within the energy and power sectors, ensuring delivery within scope, time, and budget
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design and implement innovative and sustainable solutions
Maintain strong client relationships and manage stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle
Ensure adherence to industry standards, health and safety regulations, and best practices in project management

Qualifications

What are we looking for from you?
Proven experience , 10+ years, as a Project Manager in large-scale infrastructure projects
Qualifications in Civil Engineering or Electrical Engineering, or be chartered with AIPM
Strong interest in pursuing a career within the Energy & Power sector
Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
Ability to manage complex projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
