- Lead transformative projects that align with regional and national strategies.
- Negotiate and manage contracts, acquisitions, and legal agreements.

- Oversee project lifecycles, from conception to completion

About you
- Experience with housing, regeneration or placemaking capital projects
- Experience of managing commercial contracts and negotiations
- Experience of business case development.
- Proven Contract Management and Project Management skills
