Principal Network EngineerLocation: Fully Remote Within IrelandSalary: Up to €120,000 p/a plus benefitsWe are seeking to hire an experienced Principal Network Engineer on behalf of our client, a global player in the Financial Services space. You will help to lead the Network Engineering team and design, implement and optimise the network infrastructure.Duties:Develop and oversee network architecture strategies that align with business objectivesMentor and guide engineers while promoting network engineering best practicesLead the deployment of complex network solutions and analysis network performance metrics, providing recommendations for improvementsImplementing and maintaining network security protocols, ensuring compliance with industry standards and business policiesActing as the escalation point for complex network issues, providing expert troubleshooting and resolution supportRequirements:A minimum of 8 years’ experience in network engineeringRelevant certifications such as CCIE, CCNP and CCNP SecurityExtensive knowledge of network architectureStrong leadership, communication and interpersonal skillsStrong knowledge of routing and switching protocols, firewalls, VPNs and network monitoring tools Reperio Human Capital acts as an Employment Agency and an Employment Business.
