The Role

  • Working as part of a small editorial team within the medical communications division.
  • Creating concepts and content for each project.
  • Quality assuring the project materials.
  • Responsible with other ream members for managing and leading progress of each project, ensuing milestones and standards are upheld.
  • Signing off project materials and production.
  • Collaborating and liaising with clients over emails, phone, face to face.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve existing or implement new policies and processes.
  • Overseeing the workload across the group of writers, ensuring it is balanced.
  • Attending conferences and events.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support and participate in new business ideas and presentations to clients, including active input into briefs and proposals.

You

  • Degree in life sciences, medicine or closely related field.
  • At least 4 years’ experience within a medical education agency.
  • Experience in both traditional written and multimedia projects.
  • Experience working within promotional materials.
  • Excellent editing skills.
  • Good IT skills.
  • Proven ability to handle and translate complex information.
  • A pragmatic problem solver.
  • Experience of Veeva Vault or similar approval systems.
  • Calm, dynamic and collaborative attitude towards work and team members.
