So, it’s an exciting time to join us as we develop new policies and transform the way people access services.Our Team and Key Responsibilities:This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of our Social Work Academy in Halton.The Social Work Academy collaborates with the entire children’s workforce, utilising quality assurance, collaborative feedback, and Ofsted findings to address areas requiring development.Additionally, and potentially more impactful for long-term workforce retention and ongoing practice improvement, you will be integral in the continuing development of the centre of excellence for learning and development. This centre offers social work professionals and related social care roles ongoing professional development through an inclusive training programme.We’re looking for an individual who is passionate about supporting the workforce to improve outcomes for our children and families. Our approach focuses on developing good practice in all areas of our work, in order to provide the best support to the children and families in Halton. The individual will be able to adopt a preventative approach that can align with our teams, as well as our newly developing Edge of Care and Family Time service, have experience of developing a service with evidenced positive impact, and extensive leadership skills and experience.Our priorities are ever changing, and the individual will be able to adapt to our evolving improvement journey and through your extensive experience in management, practice improvement and innovation you will be instrumental in supporting Halton’s improvement journey.Our Offer:Aside from working with a great team, our employees have access to a fantastic range of benefits, including:
