Job Views 9DescriptionA Principal/Associate Health and Safety Consultant opportunity has come available for an award winning international multi disciplinary consultancy to work directly with the EU lead in all aspects of project delivery, strategic planning, internal and external growth.As a Principal/Associate Health and Safety Consultant, you will be working at the forefront of the department providing H&S risk management, strategic and operational services to UK and international clients across property, hi-tech, industrial, construction, and infrastructure.You will come in a Principal/Associate Health and Safety Consultant and tasked with managing a team of junior consultants, planning for strategic growth, capitalising on new business development opportunities, account management, financial planning, quality control and overall technical leadership.Principal/Associate Health and Safety Consultant competency checklist:

• Succeeding in a H&S consulting environment, with a track record managing clients/projects across broad sectors.
• personal delivery of broad technical/strategic H&S services.
• H&S risk management systems, strategic and operational H&S service delivery.
• providing H&S advice and support across a range of client business sectors aligned to consultant area of technical expertise.
• business development initiatives, service line strategies and Client care.
• leading technical H&S business development opportunities.
• authoring tailored H&S service methodologies, proposals and fees aligned to client project objectives.
• supporting Clients with H&S risk management, continual improvement, and problem-solving initiatives.
• planning and management of projects, teams and client stakeholders.
• line management of H&S consultant teams.
