The institution is committed to fostering a multicultural environment that emphasizes respect, integrity, collaboration, family, and innovation.Role Overview:We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Primary School Teacher to join the faculty and deliver a broad, engaging, and inquiry-driven curriculum to young learners. This role requires a passion for teaching, strong classroom management skills, and the ability to create a nurturing and inspiring learning environment. The successful candidate will:

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons that meet the developmental needs of primary-aged students while encouraging curiosity and active learning.
• Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment where students feel confident to express themselves, explore new ideas, and take ownership of their learning.
• Foster strong literacy and numeracy skills while incorporating interdisciplinary, project-based learning approaches.
• Differentiate instruction to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities, ensuring that all students are challenged and supported appropriately.
• Incorporate hands-on, inquiry-based learning experiences that promote creativity, collaboration, and problem-solving.
• Encourage students’ personal and social development through activities that build confidence, responsibility, and respect for others.
• Utilize technology effectively to enhance student learning and engagement.
• Work closely with colleagues and parents to support students academic, social, and emotional growth.
• Contribute to extracurricular activities that enrich students’ educational experiences beyond the classroom.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Education, Primary Teaching, or a related field. A recognized teaching qualification (PGCE, QTS, or equivalent) is highly preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of three years teaching primary students in an international or bilingual school setting.
• Skills:

• Strong classroom management and student engagement strategies.
• Experience with inquiry-based, project-based, or student-led learning approaches.
• Ability to differentiate instruction and support a range of learning needs.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and students.
