The institution is committed to fostering a multicultural environment that emphasizes respect, integrity, collaboration, family, and innovation.Role Overview:We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Primary School Teacher to join the faculty and deliver a broad, engaging, and inquiry-driven curriculum to young learners. This role requires a passion for teaching, strong classroom management skills, and the ability to create a nurturing and inspiring learning environment. The successful candidate will:
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons that meet the developmental needs of primary-aged students while encouraging curiosity and active learning.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment where students feel confident to express themselves, explore new ideas, and take ownership of their learning.
- Foster strong literacy and numeracy skills while incorporating interdisciplinary, project-based learning approaches.
- Differentiate instruction to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities, ensuring that all students are challenged and supported appropriately.
- Incorporate hands-on, inquiry-based learning experiences that promote creativity, collaboration, and problem-solving.
- Encourage students’ personal and social development through activities that build confidence, responsibility, and respect for others.
- Utilize technology effectively to enhance student learning and engagement.
- Work closely with colleagues and parents to support students academic, social, and emotional growth.
- Contribute to extracurricular activities that enrich students’ educational experiences beyond the classroom.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Education, Primary Teaching, or a related field. A recognized teaching qualification (PGCE, QTS, or equivalent) is highly preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of three years teaching primary students in an international or bilingual school setting.
- Skills:
- Strong classroom management and student engagement strategies.
- Experience with inquiry-based, project-based, or student-led learning approaches.
- Ability to differentiate instruction and support a range of learning needs.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and students.
